Een beetje van de tuin ...........

en een beetje van ElzaD. En dus eigenlijk niks nieuws onder de zon. Ware het niet dat er hier nu 2 liter 'hopelijk' heerlijk bramen-hoe-zal-ik-het-noemen staan te staren en wachten op een zonnetje. Zelfs de hubs schoot in actie toen ik gisteren begon te rommelen met weegschaal, weckpotten en een warm sopje.

Als verhouding heb ik gebruikt:
500 gram bramen (ik had intussen 1kg verzameld in mijn vriezer omdat de struik nog wat te klein is om er al in één keer grote hoeveelheden vanaf te halen)
250 gram suiker
1 liter (in Frankrijk gekochte) alcohol voor fruit.

A little bit from the garden and a bit of ElzaD. Actually nothing new.  But there are now two liters of 'hopefully' delicious blackberry-how-will-I-call-it staring and waiting for a little sunshine.Even the hubs joined the action when I started messing with a balance, the jars and warm soapy water.
 I used:500 grams of blackberry ( I had collected over 1kg in the past weeks and put them in my freezer because the shrub is still too small toget large quantities in a time)250 grams sugar1 liter alcohol (I bought this in France and it was especcially for fruits)
